- Licensed/registered individuals can update all information in their profile at any time, except for name changes. Name changes must be submitted to the Board in writing with a copy of the legal name change document.
- When signing up, if you receive a message “Record Not Found” there could be an error with the SSN or DOB that is on file. You will need to contact the Board office at 515-281-5944.
- Licensed/registered businesses can update information in their profile at any time, except for name, address, ownership, and responsible individual (i.e PIC) changes. Name, address, ownership, and responsible individual changes require the submission of an application and fee.
