Iowa Board of Pharmacy Office Remodel - Update

The Board's fax machine and certificate printer will be out of commission during the remodel, starting today, January 31 at 4:30 p.m.  Please expect delays in receiving any license/registration certificates.   


1/29/2018 - The office remodel was originally scheduled to completed in November 2017; however, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to postpone construction.

Thanks to the heroic efforts and perseverance of Terry Witkowski the office remodel is now slated to begin Thursday, February 1, 2018.  Way to go Terry!

The Iowa Board of Pharmacy office will be under construction starting Thursday, February 1, 2018 with anticipated completion on Friday, February 9, 2018.

During this period the Board office will have limited or no phone service.  Please refer to our website to find the answers to your questions.  If additional assistance is required during this period you may submit your request through our online contact form.

Additionally, there will be a delay in the processing of any applications received, please plan accordingly.  It is not recommended that applications be dropped off in person to the Board office during the remodel.

Please be patient while staff unpacks after the remodel and catches up on the back log of applications, emails, and phone calls.
