Online payment system issues have been resolved and you can now submit your license or registration renewal application and payment using the online system. If you submitted your online application and payment between May 31 and June 6, 2023, please do not resubmit your application and fee without checking the status of your license or registration. Staff may be manually updating your record.
If you don't want to submit your application via the online system, you may submit a paper application, including payment by check or money order.
